When to apply
Use morning and evening. For your face and neck, apply as the final step of your skincare routine.

Gently smooth the cream over your skin. Firm massage is not needed.

If You Notice Changes in Your Skin’s Appearance
After using UB Cream for some time, you may notice that your skin temporarily looks less firm or that your contours look different. This appearance alone does not necessarily mean that the skin itself has stretched.
In the cases we have followed, these temporary changes in appearance have settled as customers continued their usual care. Around two weeks from when the change is first noticed is a guide, but the time this takes varies from person to person.
If you are concerned, please contact us—you do not need to wait two weeks. We can review how long you have been using the cream, where you apply it, and the other products in your routine. Changes that persist or worsen should be assessed by a dermatologist.
Redness, swelling, itching, irritation or pain should not be treated as part of this process. Please follow the precautions below.

Skin Precautions
Pay attention to your skin during use. If you experience redness, swelling, itching, irritation, pain or other unusual symptoms, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.
Do not continue using the product in the hope that your skin will get used to it. Continuing use when symptoms occur may make them worse.

Where do you ship?
We deliver to addresses within Japan only. International residents living in Japan are welcome to order. We do not currently ship directly to overseas addresses.
Can I order if I live outside Japan?
Yes. You may place an order as long as you provide a delivery address within Japan. This can include a domestic address provided by a Japan-based forwarding service. Please confirm the delivery address before completing your purchase.
Can I use a Japan-based forwarding service?
Yes. We can deliver your order to the Japanese address provided by your forwarding company. Our shipping service covers delivery within Japan; onward international shipping is arranged separately between you and the forwarding company.
Before ordering, please confirm with the forwarding company that it can accept and forward the products to your destination, and check international shipping fees, customs requirements, taxes and any import restrictions. These arrangements and costs are separate from our domestic shipping service.
